Here is the concepts for Saruman, mainly for the Saruman of Many Colours variant. We'll be exploring a "What if?" scenario in his own campaign and subsequently transformation into an even more powerful state.
The clothing design was fairly straight forward, however the effect of his split essence was a bit more challenging. In the end we opted for a "Less is more" approach.
